How to Reset Your Password

There are two ways to reset your password:

1. From your computer

1. Use the shortcut ctrl+alt+delete on the desktop
2. Click "Change Password" 
3. This will require your old Password word 
4. If you have forgotten your password please use the second method

2. Go to CHD

1. Go to the Computer Help Desk located in the Science Building
2. Take your computer with you
3. Inform the CHD technician at the desk that you need to reset your password
4. They will have you create a new password
5. Your password should now be updated to the password  you made in CHD

*Note: Passwords cannot be reset while off campus or while disconnected from GCA WIFI
