First Time Voicemail Setup

As a new GCA Staff member, you will need to setup your voicemail. Your initial voicemail will be sent to you. After first login, you will be required to change your voicemail password. In addition to changing your password, you will need to record your Name for the directory and your voicemail greeting. 

1. Login to voicemail
   1. Press voicemail button or 
   2. Dial 1106
2. Enter your password followed by #
3. To Change your Recorded name for the directory:
   1. Dial 7 to change mailbox options
      1. Dial 6  to Review Recorded Name for the directory
         1. # - Accept 
         2. 1 - Review 
         3. 2 - Re-record
         4. 3 - Delete
         5. * - Cancel
4. To Record your Voicemail greeting:
   1. Dial 7 to change mailbox options
      1. Dial 1 to record your voicemail greeting

                 a. # - Accept 

                 b. 1 - Review 

                 c. 2 - Re-record

                 d. 3 - Delete

                 e. * - Cancel
