Turn Off Focused Inbox

Outlook Desktop



  1. Go to the View tab > select Show Focused Inbox.
  2. The Focused and Other tabs will no longer be visible in the top of your mailbox.
  3. Now go to Settings > Display settings > Focused Inbox.
  4. Under “When email is received”> select Don’t sort messages > click OK


       


Outlook Web Access


  1. Select the Settings icon > go to Display settings > Focused Inbox.
  2. Under “When email is received”,simply select Don’t sort messages > click OK.
