If a website that you are trying to access is either blocked or not responding and you need to get on it (for classes or assignments) then to see if it can be unblocked copy the link of the website that is blocked and forward it in an email to Mr. Kelch and state why you need the website to be unblocked and when he gets it he will see if its acceptable and tell you if he can or cannot unblock it.
