Mark Message as Not Junk or Spam in Outlook

Outlook Desktop / Outlook Web

  1. Open the Junk E-mail Folder
  2. Select the E-mail
  3. Right-click the selected e-mail
  4. Click Report > Not Junk from the context menu
       
  5. Click Report Button.
  6. E-mail message will be moved to inbox
    • The e-mail address will be added to your safe sender list. All future e-mails from that address will not be filtered as spam.
